Shipping policy

Delivery & free worldwide shipping
We offer free standard shipping on all orders—no hidden fees. Printful delivers via tracked carriers; international transit can take 5‑20 business days (e.g., 4‑8 days within EU/UK, and up to ~12 days to some regions). Performance varies by destination.

Order processing
All items are custom‑printed to order via Printful—please allow 2‑5 business days for production before dispatch.

Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link so you can follow it until delivery. We do not ship bulky single-item orders separately unless required by Printful packaging.

Import taxes & duties
You may be required to pay customs, VAT, or import duties depending on your country’s regulations. These are the buyer’s responsibility. Where available (UK, Canada), we enable Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) at checkout so no extra fees come due on delivery.

Shipping delays & issues
Although we keep a close eye on fulfillment, occasionally orders encounter delays (due to stock levels, carrier disruptions, or local holidays). If your package is overdue, please allow up to 5 extra business days, then contact us at [email protected]—we’ll escalate via Printful support.
