Refund policy

EU consumers – 14-day withdrawal right
As required under EU law and the Danish Consumer Contracts Act, purchasers located in the EU have 14 days from receipt to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason. You must notify us clearly via email or a withdrawal form. Withdrawal starts from the day you take delivery. You have another 14 days to return the item after notifying us. Return shipping costs are at your expense unless otherwise agreed. Original delivery costs will be refunded in full. 

Exclusion for made-to-order products
Because our goods are custom-made and printed to your order, they are excluded from standard returns under EU law. This means you can’t return for size or style reasons — returns are accepted only in cases of defects or errors. 

Damaged or defective items (30-day policy)
If the product is wrong or faulty, you must notify us within 30 days of delivery with a clear description and photo(s). We will either issue a refund or reprint, at our option. Shipping back to Printful is free, and your original shipping costs will also be compensated. 

Legal warranty – 2 years
Under EU regulations, you have a two-year legal guarantee against goods that are faulty or do not match their description. You may request a repair, replacement, refund, or price reduction at no extra cost.
